What counts as a credential?

One credential = one provider credentialed with one payer. If you need a provider enrolled with 3 payers, that's 3 credentials.

Can I buy more credits later?

Yes. You can purchase additional single credentials or packs at any time. Credits never expire.

What's included in the credential fee?

Everything: NPI auto-fill, CAQH import, application preparation, payer submission, rejection handling, status tracking, and continuous monitoring.

Do you handle Medicare and Medicaid enrollment?

Yes. We submit to Medicare (PECOS), Medicaid, and all major commercial payers in your state — all included in the flat fee.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds for credentials that have not yet been submitted. Once a payer application is submitted, the fee is non-refundable because the work has been completed.

Do you offer custom pricing for large organizations?
